Konrad leads special issues on visual surveillance in IEEE journals
Prof. Konrad, along with faculty from the University of Genova, University of London, Northwestern University and IBM staff leads a special issue on Video Analytics for Surveillance: Theory and Practice in the September 2010 issue of IEEE Signal Processing Magazine, and also a special section on Distributed Camera Networks: Sensing, Processing, Communication, and Implementation in the October 2010 issue of IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, this one jointly with colleagues at the University of Maryland, University of Illinois, University of Rochester, Georgia Institute of Technology.
